Pattern minimums are three (3) per pattern style. We have no minimum order amount.

Payments: All first orders will be credit card. Once your order is complete and ready to ship you will be sent an invoice via email. That invoice will have a link to make your payment via Square. Square is a credit card processing company much like Paypal, an account is not required to pay via this method. You may pay with any major credit card, simply follow the steps , Square will simply facilitate the transaction. Its simple, safe and secure.

All reorders may be with terms, please email a copy of your credit sheet to Deb@thequiltfactory.com

We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. E-mail addresses are collected and used solely for the purpose for which they were submitted. Additionally, you may choose to sign up to be contacted with special offers. The Quilt Factory will only use your e-mail for these purposes and will not share your address with third parties. To have your e-mail removed from our contact list, click on the unsubscribe bottom at the bottom of the email.

All discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt. It is rare to have damages for these products, however, if there are, please contact us. When requesting a return, please have item numbers, invoice number, and reason for return available. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned orders.

Shipping will be done using either Fed-Ex or USPS whichever is most economical. You will notified by email when your order has shipped.
